Den står i ovnen natta over.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Bruk aluminiumsform, og brun sukker oppi den.&lt;br /&gt;lag en stand av 6 egg, 6 ss sukker, litt vaniljesukker og H-melk. &lt;br /&gt;Ha dette oppi forma med det brente sukkeret, og fyll opp med H-melk. Litt fløte kan også haes oppi, men det kan bli lit for fett.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Sett forma i ovnen-i ei langpanne med vann, ovnen må stå på 100 grader. la det stå natta over 10-12 timer. Vi holder bakekurs sammen på ytre Nordmøre og hun er med i Bakerådet i DenGlutenfrieBakeskolen.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Vi var veldig spent, fordi som kjent har mye av det glutenfrie melet blitt endret, og bakverket er nok ikke slik det var før. Vell..vi prøver:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Havrekjeks&lt;br /&gt;7,5 dl Glutenfrie Havregryn&lt;br /&gt;300 g smeltet smør&lt;br /&gt;3 dl melk&lt;br /&gt;1 1/2 dl sukker&lt;br /&gt;3-4 ts hjortesalt&lt;br /&gt;3 dl Toro Lys melblanding&lt;br /&gt;4 dl Finax rød&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Bland havregryn og smeltet smør (meierismør), jeg kjørte stavmixeren litt i blandingen, siden havregyna er litt store. &lt;br /&gt;Rør hjortesalt i melken og slå over.&lt;br /&gt;Ha i sukker. &lt;br /&gt;Bland i melet. (Jeg syntes det ble en klissete blanding, og hadde i 2 dl mer finax. Dette var sikkert ikke nødvendig, fordi Havregrynene trekker jo til seg fuktighet, så neste gang skal jeg prøve med 7 dl mel) &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;La deigen stå noen timer, eller over natta (jeg satte jo selvsagt deigen i kjøleskapet..det skal jo være ryddig må vite..det var ikke lurt, den skal stå på kjøkkenbenken, men ha lokk eller plast over.)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Kjevles ut med jyttemel (blå er min favoritt) Stikk ut runde kjeks med et smalt glass (dypp gjerne glassets kant i i melet, så det slipper) Prikk kjeksene med en gaffel før de stekes på 180 grader, ca 10-12 minutter.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Mine kjeks ble litt tykke, og kanskje jeg var litt redd for å steke de for godt. Bland natron og bakepulver med litt av melet, og ha glutenfritt mel vekselvis i røra sammen med kefiren.&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/p&gt; .&lt;/p&gt;    &lt;p&gt;&lt;font size="5" face="Bradley Hand ITC"&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p&gt;&lt;font size="5" face="Bradley Hand ITC"&gt;Røra skal være som en tykk vaffelrøre og skal ikke flyte utover når det stekes. Middels varm takke som smøres før første steking.&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/p&gt;    &lt;p&gt;.&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p&gt;&lt;font size="5" face="Bradley Hand ITC"&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p&gt;&lt;font size="5" face="Bradley Hand ITC"&gt;Serveres med smør og sukker eller brunost.&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p&gt;.&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p&gt;&lt;font size="5" face="Bradley Hand ITC"&gt;Av glutenfritt mel bruker jeg en blanding av rød finax og rød semper fin. Tidlegere ville jeg brukt Toro kakemix, men den har endret seg mye etter at den ble naturlig fri for gluten, så personlig så liker jeg den ikke så godt lenger. &lt;/font&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p&gt;.&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p&gt;&lt;font size="4" face="Kristen ITC"&gt;Vi har hatt et vellykket bakekurs på Averøya atter en gang. 11 voksne og 4 barn bakte både søtt, salt og grovt denne kvelden. Jeg sliter med bildene, siden jeg hadde med bare mobiltelefon. Men vil legge flere hit når jeg forstår hvordan jeg skal legge bildene fra min telefon over på PC-en…&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p&gt;&lt;font size="4" face="Kristen ITC"&gt;Neste bakekurs på Averøya blir Julebakst lørdag den 4. desember, og jeg håper like mange trivelige mennesker kommer da. Vi baker jo selvsagt mye på disse kursene, det sier seg selv, men enda viktigere synes vi, er at vi møtes og deler erfaringer og at ungdommene og barna får treffe hverandre. Fjortisen synes det er nok oppmerksomhet hver gang det skal spises ute, og tidligere har jeg helst villet vært i skandinaviske land for å kunne forklare behovet. For noen år siden da vi hadde bestilt tur til Danmark, dro guttene også på ferie til Kreta sammen med pappaen sin. Jeg var litt irritert, men det gikk bra samtidig som vi bestemte at vi aldri skulle tilbake til Danmark...&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Jeg skrev ut den greske og den engelske oversettelsen om glutenfri mat som jeg fant på NCF sine hjemmesider. De er nok ikke lik, for kelnere og kokker trodde tydeligvis at gutten ikke kunne ha melk heller, så den oversettelser bør revideres. Men det var aldri noe problem, og gutten var fornøyd med turen og vi har planlaggt samme reisemål neste år.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Da skal jeg ta med annet enn Muslii, for det ble litt kjedelig med det til frokost hver dag. Jeg hadde en pakke knekkebrød også, men den var uåpnet.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;På SAS-flyet som APOLLO brukte til å frakte oss til Kreta var også den glutenfri kosten super og hele opplegget kan gjerne anbefales. (disse får man på Mega i Molde og på ICA maxi på Moa eller på Allergimat.no)&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;1 pk meierismør (du trenger 100 g)&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;2 pk kremost naturell&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;melis&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;2 pk fløte (du trenger ca 1/2 l)&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;1 pose sjokolademousse&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;sjokoladesaus&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:180%;"&gt;Slik gjør du:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Knus 2 pakker kjeks og bland med 100g smeltet meierismør. Legg ringen fra ei kakeform på et fat, og trykk dette sammen i ringen. Sett i kjøleskapet.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;2 pk kremost piskes sammen med 200g melis og blandes sammen med 2 dl stivpisket fløte. Legg dette oppå kjeksbunnen og sett i kjøleskapet, ca en halv time.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Lag mousseen etter oppskrift på pakken&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Hakk den siste pakken med kjeks og spre det over kaken før du brer mousseen over til slutt. Dette er et interimstyre som skal fungere i oppstartet av dette nye lokallaget frem til det første årsmøtet til høsten.&lt;br /&gt;Som bloggegal har vi selvsagt laget en blogg for det nye lokallaget. Den finner du nederst på dette innlegget, eller i "mine blogger"-lista. Der har vvi som mål å legge informasjon om det vi har gjort og det vi har planer om å gjøre. Nei den eneste gangene kameraet får ligge i fred er jo når jeg lager mat..&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Pastasalat er godt som lørdagsmiddag eller kveldskos, og nå når barna blir større er det ikke lenger bare taco det MÅ være.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Handleliste:&lt;br /&gt;Pastaskruer&lt;br /&gt;Skinke eller kylling&lt;br /&gt;Kesam&lt;br /&gt;Rømme&lt;br /&gt;Majones&lt;br /&gt;Sennep&lt;br /&gt;Paprika&lt;br /&gt;Vårløk&lt;br /&gt;Hvitløk i olje&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Kok pastaskruene og la de avkjøle noe. Bland i hakket paprika, vårløk, kjøtt, hvitløk. Bland sammen en boks Kesam, litt majones og ca en hhalv boks lettrømme. Smak til med litt sennep og krydder. Det er det værste jeg vet.&lt;br /&gt;Handleliste:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Poteter&lt;br /&gt;Gulrøtter&lt;br /&gt;Andre rotfrukter(kålrabi, søtpoteter...)&lt;br /&gt;Knuste tomater på boks&lt;br /&gt;Soltørkede tomater i olje&lt;br /&gt;Pesto&lt;br /&gt;hvitløksbåter&lt;br /&gt;Nakkekoteletter&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Sett ovnen på 180*C. Skrell og del rotfrukter og legg i ei stor form, tøm over soltørkede tomater i olje, og eventuelt hele hvitløksfedd. Stek lett kotelettene på begge sider, og legg disse over grønnsakene. Jeg bruker å dele kotelettene, slik at alt legger seg jevnt utover i formen. Hell 2-3 bokser knuste tomater over, og gjerne litt olivenolje. Legg gjerne noen "klatter" med Pesto over det hele. Sett i ovnen og rydd og vask. Etter en stund fjernet jeg vannet, og da er det bare å knipse av skallet.&lt;br /&gt;Etter å ha tørket mandlene, kvernet jeg dem på kjøkkenmaskina mi...jeg har i ettertid kjøpt mandelkvern....Men de ble grovt hakket, og det syntes jeg er godt...&lt;br /&gt;Jeg tisatte like mye melis som mandler, og eggehvite til det hang sammen, to-tre eggehviter.. La de steke til de er lysebrune &lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;under&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;...de skal være hvite oppå. I dag skal jeg prøve å lage Hardangerlefser helt på egenhånd...&lt;br /&gt;Det er jo en utfordring å lage glutenfritt...synes jeg fremdeles...men rød semper og jyttemel blir løsningen i dag. av Ellen til å dra på &lt;span style="font-size:180%;"&gt;Bakelederkurs i Sandnes&lt;/span&gt;, og hadde egentlig ikke noe annet valg enn å dra...&lt;br /&gt;Vi har vært gjennom &lt;span style="font-size:180%;"&gt;BAKEdagen&lt;/span&gt;, og har &lt;span style="font-size:180%;"&gt;teoridag &lt;/span&gt;i morgen... Svært lærerikt og inspirerende, og mange &lt;span style="font-size:180%;"&gt;kjekke folk&lt;/span&gt;, akkurat som Ellen sa. Her er bare en liten del av det vi laget. Jeg skulle selvsagt ta flere bilder, men ble så fryktelig opptatt i &lt;span style="font-size:180%;"&gt;bakingen&lt;/span&gt;. Vår gruppe lagde &lt;span style="font-size:180%;"&gt;Hardangerlefser&lt;/span&gt;, Horn med ost og skinke og &lt;span style="font-size:130%;"&gt;boller med basilikum og tomat&lt;/span&gt;. Man tror liksom at det tar så lang tid, men det går faktisk bra, og ventetiden kan brukes til mye annet...&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:180%;"&gt;Handleliste:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:100%;"&gt;1l melk, 1 pk brunt sukker, 250g  margarin, rosiner, 2pk ferskgjær, fiberhusk, 3 egg, 2pk sempermix fin (kan bruke en grov og en fin), 200 gr jyttemel.. ( det hadde jeg ikke, og brukte toro kakemix)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:180%;"&gt;1: Kok opp&lt;/span&gt; melk, sukker og rosiner...husk å røre og å følge godt med. La heve til dobbel størrelse, og stek på 180 grader til du får hul lyd når du banker på, ca en halvtime. Oppskriften fant min mor på &lt;a href="http://www.tv2.no/gmn/wenche/oppskrifter/sjokoladedroem-796857.html"&gt;Wenches Kjøkken&lt;/a&gt;, men noen justeringer kan gjerne gjøres. Jeg brukte mindre mandler for at ungdommene skal like den, ca 100 g, og jeg brukte lavere steketemperatur, 125'C og lengre tid, slik at bunnen skal bli tørrere.. mmm-nydelig!!&lt;/div&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;a href="http://www.mylivesignature.com/" target="_blank"&gt;&lt;img style="BORDER-BOTTOM: 0px; Vi har vært med &lt;a href="http://averoy-hagelag.blogspot.com/"&gt;Averøy Hagelag &lt;/a&gt;på soppsanking. Det var kjempespennende, få deltagere møtte opp, men det gjorde at vi fikk en intim og koselig tur. Disse har en tendens til å bli tørre, og vi har kommet frem til at rundstykker er minst rot med og holder seg best.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="left"&gt;Jeg kjenner at jeg må skjerpe meg, når jeg planlegger å skrive om bakingen, for som jeg har sagt tidligere..."en desj av det, og litt av det.."og har man ikke det som trengs, må man ta noe annet....&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="left"&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="left"&gt;Her er litt av det jeg har brukt:&lt;a href="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/_TNxy6OVwE4Q/Spqnh_TYPZI/AAAAAAAABQw/jwkky5IG5Jk/s1600-h/30-08-2009,+rundstk.jpg"&gt;&lt;img style="TEXT-ALIGN: center; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; WIDTH: 300px; DISPLAY: block; HEIGHT: 400px; CURSOR: hand" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5375793307590344082" border="0" alt="" src="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/_TNxy6OVwE4Q/Spqnh_TYPZI/AAAAAAAABQw/jwkky5IG5Jk/s400/30-08-2009,+rundstk.jpg" /&gt;&lt;/a&gt;Jeg bruker omtrent 1 liter lunkent vann til en pakke fersk gjær, jeg har kommet til at det blir bedre å bruke fersk enn tørr gjær..&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="left"&gt;.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="left"&gt;Så har jeg 2-3 ss fiberhusk, man MÅ bruke fiberhusk eller po-fiber når man baker gjærbakst.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="left"&gt;og ca 1 dl. olje, jeg bruker rapsolje, olivenolje gir litt smak til baksten.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="left"&gt;.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="left"&gt;2 ss mørk sirup og 1 ts salt.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="left"&gt;Alt røres i bakemaskina noen minutter, og la det svelle enda noen minutter.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="left"&gt;.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="left"&gt;Litt glutenfrie store havregryn gir saftigere bakst, ca 2 dl, men her bestemmer du selv.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="left"&gt;1 pk semper fin, fåes bade med og uten melk.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="left"&gt;1 pk toro grov&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="left"&gt;litt jyttemel, jeg brukte mix idag, men har brukt original tidligere. &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="left"&gt;.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="left"&gt;Så lar jeg maskina gå, og tilsetter jeg semper grov til det er passelig (til det ikke klisser når du tar borti) &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="left"&gt;Kjør ca 5 minutt.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="left"&gt;.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="left"&gt;Jeg forhever ALDRI, baker bare rett ut, jeg bruker heller aldri mel når jeg baker ut, hverken glutenfritt eller når jeg baker med hvete, det kan bli tørt og hardt.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="left"&gt;Jeg sprayer benken med sprayfett, eller smører litt margarin, spesielt fint når jeg baker glutenfritt som har en tendens til å være klissete.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="left"&gt;.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="left"&gt;Jeg baker ut avlange rundstykker/minibaguetter, og legger på smurt bakepapir. Lett å lage!&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="left"&gt;2. Har så lang koketid (3-4) timer, at alt rot og oppvask er borte flere timer før gjestene kommer.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="left"&gt;3. Skal ikke røres i, så huset eller du sjøl kan shines, for maten ordner seg selv.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="left"&gt;4. Du kan til og med lufte hunden, mens maten ordner seg sjøl.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="left"&gt;5. Er alltid ferdig til rett tid...om den står 3 timer eller 4 timer, spiller ingen rolle.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="left"&gt;6. Trommisen synes de er kjempegode, og det er allerede på tide å bestille nye.&lt;br /&gt;Som skolemat har han også koset seg med &lt;span style="font-size:130%;color:#3333ff;"&gt;tortilllaene&lt;/span&gt;. Først har han hatt skivet jarlsberg, lurt å ta det først, for de rives ganske lett da.. Så smører han litt rømme på, og deretter skinke og litt snackpaprika før han ruller de sammen. Tilslutt hadde jeg i fiskebollene, som bare trengs å varmes.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;server med kokte gulrøtter...om man får det i barna...&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Det ble kanskje litt tynt, men det smakte like greit som vi husket. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Husk at i motsetning til hvetemel, blir maizena tynnere når det står ei stund.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Man blir jo fort sulten etter et slikt måltid, men barn like ofte dette, til voksne kan det jo friskes opp med mer krydder, og reker i sausen.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;(ingen bilder i dag, det tenkte jeg ikke på, men hvor spennende kan det vel bli...)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;a href="http://www.mylivesignature.com" target="_blank"&gt;&lt;img border="0" style="border: 0 !important; Hvordan skulle det gå...ingen ting stemte med oppskriften...&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="center"&gt;Ingen forheving heller...det synes jeg blir bare kliss...&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="center"&gt;Jeg bruker sprayfett på benken istedenfor mel...også for å få &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="center"&gt;mindre kliss... litt vanskelig å smøre margarin utover når det er glutenftritt,&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="center"&gt;men det gikk sånn passe bra, så pøs på med sukker og kanel og rull sammen i en pølse.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="center"&gt;Skjær pølsa i skiver og legg på bakepapir, viktig å dekke til &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="center"&gt;for å hindre "forurensing" fra andre matvarer.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="center"&gt;Så mye tålmodighet mens det hever. &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="center"&gt;Jeg bruker alltid 190 grader, samme hva som står i oppskrifter...&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="center"&gt;stek til passe brunt, vær oppmerksom på at glutenfritt lettere svir seg..&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="center"&gt;&lt;a href="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/_TNxy6OVwE4Q/SoHgbl8mPOI/AAAAAAAAA4I/hrTDJtg4fX0/s1600-h/glutenfritt+005.jpg"&gt;&lt;img style="TEXT-ALIGN: center;
